Principle of the pallet drawer

The operator extracts the pallet from the pallet shelf unit to access the products (up to a weight of 1 metric ton).

Avantages

1- the operator no longer has to pass under the pallet shelf unit to extract or place the products : enhanced safety, better human engineering

2- elimination of the pallet forklift to extract the pallet containing heavy loads : optimization of handling times

3- the height between placement levels is optimized to the pallet height : increase in pallet storage capacity.

1- rail model : drawer bolted to the rails of the pallet shelf units, regardless of the shelf unit manufacturer and brand. The pallet can be extracted either 100 % or 70 % (2 models). The drawers can be positioned on rails or on the floor.

2- slide model : drawer attached directly to the ladder of the pallet shelf units, eliminating the height corresponding to the rails and reducing the overall height.
